its sweet, beautifully imperfect appreciation.... i also notice the when she said that he farted in his sleep and woke himself up, it reminded me cos it was similar to the movie "Good Will Hunting" when Robin Williams describing his wife who has passed away as well... it was a bitter sweet moment, funny but lost...
duno if i should say this is some coincidence that's happening around whether you realise it or not in the end... but this is really something sad but sweet.
